We were tasked by Hyatt McCormick Place to figure out how to make delicious food leave the kitchen faster. 

We partnered with The Gettys Group to develop a new brand concept, Third Star, for Hyatt McCormick Place.

We reformulated an existing Italian restaurant to create a new point of difference and capitalize on industry trends for Tavistock Restaurant Collection.

We sourced restaurants for a mixed-use development created by Harper Court Partners in partnership with the University of Chicago and the City of Chicago.

We developed a real estate strategy and plan for the regional expansion of Mastro Restaurants.

We’ve got our skin in the game with Seesaw, a new farm-to-counter fresh casual restaurant concept we developed with our culinary partners, Gale Gand and Dan Smith.

We helped Zagame's, an Australian hotel and restaurant group, understand the Chicago market. 

We refined operations, cut food costs, improved gross margins and refreshed the menu for Goose Island Brewery.

We partnered with 3Sixty Dining Intelligence to reposition and refresh the brand, and update the menu for 4 Weber Grill locations.

We were tasked to assess and provide recommendations for Kings Restaurant Group, resulting in a successful concept redesign.
